They keeping taking money from my account

I applied for a free sample and paid the asked amount of around five dollars (australian), then i received what seemed to be a life time supply and they keep taking my debiting my credit card account every month and i didn't ask for a subscription, the amount they are taking is quite a lot and very frequent.
