They take your money and make you lose your account! Then say tough luck!

THSALE.com & ItemRate.com ARE SAME COMPANY AND ARE SCAMMERS!!!
They are scammers and do not conduct business in a fair and ethical way!
Read my experience with them below:

*Short Version*
I purchased a power leveling package for $140. They were quick to take my money, but my account got banned in less than a weeks time! They refuse to do anything about it and gave me the ‘run-around’ for the last two weeks. I have contacted their manager and PL supervisor many times and now they have simply resorted to just ignoring customers who are in trouble. They offered me nothing for compensation at all!!! They take NO responsibility for your account at all. I pretty much just threw away $140 and got myself a ban.
I am extremely disgusted with this company as they are simply scammers and thieves. Read my long version to find out what I mean by ‘disgusting service’.

*Long version*

Because of the nature of my job, I do not have much time to play WoW. And a close friend of mine always wanted me to join in for some end game fun. I know that reaching the highest level in WoW is ‘just the beginning of the fun’, so I decided to have a power leveler on my account to take it to the highest level as quick as possible.

After reviewing some comparative prices around the net, I stumbled upon a site by the name of ItemRate.com...

I must admit at first I was naïve to choose a company that offered one of the cheapest prices for power leveling. That was my first mistake!

The reason I decided to try out ItemRate was because it was:
1 – Cheap! (They had a special going on at the time)
2 – there were a few orders currently there and they seemed to have a big customer base
3 – their FAQ was written very well, as a of fact this is a quote from their website:

Will my account get banned if I buy from ItemRate.com? Quite simply – no! We have never been informed of any account banning of ItemRate.com customers due to their dealings with ItemRate.com. We are a reputable company that does not engage in cheating, exploiting or phishing. Dealing with other companies who obtain currencies and virtual commodities through these illegitimate means may result in your account being banned, but we can assure you are not one of those. We are proud of our company’s reputation and we will continue offering a safe, quality service to our customers, whilst combating scammers and fraudsters in MMORPGs.

I ordered a power-leveling package, which was advertised for $119 which was meant to get my toon from level 1 – 60.

But then when I proceeded to checkout, they then changed the price to $140 (WTF?). Ok, so what the hell... an extra $20 I paid.

But then when I paid them the money, I got an invoice from a company by the name of ‘THSALE’. I wasn’t very happy because I did a quick Google on ‘THSALE’ and a couple of bad reviews popped up. But I guess I will still let the order go through anyway...

My character was level 30 when I handed the account over to them. They were consistently on for the first few days. I made a free trial account and logged on when I got a few minutes to spare and would always see my guy online.

But then a few days later, it was off for a long period of time. I thought they would be probably taking a break (?), but a day later I got an email from them THSALE asking me why I changed my password and that I need to give them my new password to continue the service.

I called Blizzard and recovered my password. Then I found out my account got banned for violating their EULA – using third party software. I was furious! Their website stated they do not use third party software! They lied! I went onto Live Chat and it was the most ridiculous experience ever! They would give you the ‘run-around’ and you would end up back in the beginning with NOTHING solved!

Everytime I went into the live chat, I spoke to someone different (but I’m sure the names are just randomized always operated by a few guys), and they would ALWAYS give me the bullshit like ‘maybe your friends use it and changed the PW’ or ‘maybe you changed the PW but forgot’. How many times do I have to tell them my account got fucking BANNED!

Then after a heap of convoys and emails, they decided to accept the fact that my account got banned. I demanded a refund immediately, because there is no way in hell I am going to let them continue. If I get banned again, I’ll lose my account forever, and the chances of that happening (as already demonstrated – is high). They said to email the “PL supervisor” – ‘[email protected]’ which I did – several times, and got ignored. So I attempted to add this fucker to my MSN, which I surprisingly saw him online the moment after!

The conversation went something like this (I cut out a lot of introductory material):

wtf? i trusted you with my money.

and we refund ur money which we didn't done
PLå”®å?Ž[email protected] says:
cause blizzard really would ban it again

Okay, so I was feeling slightly more better after hearing that from their ‘PL supervisor’.

Then a few days goes by, I check my PayPal and still nothing! I saw him on MSN the following night and attempted to ask him again. And guess what? After I address the issue I immediately see him ‘offline’. I logged onto my alternative MSN account (which he doesn’t know of) and added him again, which he accepted and responded with a ‘How may I help you?’. Then when I logged back onto my main MSN account to re-check, the fucker is offline! So be blocked me and ignored me! I tried to speak to him using my alternative account, he soon realized who I was and just continues to ignore me.

So I went onto Live Chat and demanded to speak with the boss! I was fuming! I have never engaged such disgusting method of business and service in my life! After a long time explaining the situation to the operator (again), he/she says to me the boss is not in and I have to wait maybe 4 hours (notice the ‘maybe’).

The following day after work I attempted again to contact Live Chat to speak to the boss, this time, they refuse to let me speak to him, saying that they can help me with the problem instead. I told them that I’ve simply had it with this shit, just give me his email. And they did – turned out to be some manager by the name of Essence Wu. I told the operator that [email protected] (the PL supervisor I spoke to on MSN) was rude to me and I was ignored, I wanted to speak to the manager about this, and to my surprise, the operator responded with a ‘lol’.

I attempted to email this Essence Wu guy (manager) SEVERAL FREAKING TIMES, and finally he got back to me saying if the PL supervisor agreed to refund u then ok, just talk to him and he will sort it out. HOW THE HECK DO I TALK TO HIM WHEN HE BLOCKED ME ON MSN AND WILL NOT REPLY MY EMAILS? I again attempted to email this Essence guy many times with no reply whatsoever. I again logged onto Live Chat and demanded the manager to speak to me now over Live Chat, and the operator simply just IGNORED ME!

They are giving me the complete run-around! I contact Live Chat, they tell me to contact the manager, the manager tells me to contact the PL supervisor, and the PL supervisor will just ignore you. And mind you, these guys take days to reply you.

I even said to the manager, OKAY, look I will buy a new CD-Key and you can restart the power level on that account 1-60. That’s fair. His email reply was “yes, I think so too” and since then I never heard from him again!

Up until now, I’ve had zero compensation. These guys take your money fast! I mean real fast! But they treat you like SHIT!

It was in their responsibility to take care of my account when I paid them for their service. Yet they refuse to do anything about it when they fuck up.
THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE NEVER EVER HEARD OF ANYONE BEING BANNED BY USING THEIR SERVICE
