Unable to cancel membership

I purchased a 2 month membership to buy a few computer games for my mother and when I went to cancel the membership after 2 months, every time I tried to sign into my account, I would get the error message 'user does not exist'. So now I have to cancel my cards so they do not keep billing me. They should be prosecuted for fraudulent activity.
