Poor customer support

Booking made online failed to confirm but credit card charged, minutes later email sent to me offering same flights at $300 more. Checking website the same lower prices still being offered. Calls for customer support always get to an answering machine. Multiple emails finally get answered and promised a refund but need a CC authorisation signed for refund! Two weeks passed still no sig of refund, multiple calls to refund department - only able to leave messages. Don't book through directflights!
