Not receiving tarot report

I paid US$6.95 via Paypal for a reading by Tarot.com. I did not receive the reading as the computer crashed and hung. I would like a credit for the US$6.95 please. I could not find contact details or an email address on their website. I could scan the receipt if necessary. If I had an email address I could forward it onto tarot.com.
