ordered my ugg boots on 3 Nov and they have still not arrived. I paid 67.99 pounds on my Visa. I have original email and bank details to support this. I have sent numerous emails to this company - at first they replied in some dreadful English blaming the courier - but since Christmas they no longer bother replying to me. I am furious. Money is so tight - and this was to be a Christmas present for my daughter. Now I have no boots and no money returned
