I have purchased a samsung aircon split system in end of december
the aircon whent faulty after 2 days, i waited nearly 3 weeks to get repaired because of samsungs preffered sevice company sydney air.
After 1 week of using the aicon its faulty again! i have to wait to get it repaired again proberbly another 3 weeks so not fair i bought the unit so i can get some sleep during the summer nights i am typing this complaint at 2am in the morning because its to hot to sleep all because of samsung airconditioning, i regret buying this samsung airconditioner so much, summer is nearly over and im still without an airconditioner and not sleeping well in these hot nights. What a waste of money and installation cost. i will proberbly get it replaced with a different brand and it still only new. So not fair at all :-(
