Unauthorized credit card charges

I purchased a Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 Back up Media from Digital River International online. However the company has taken a payment from my credit card on 17/11 twice. The one with unauthorized charged and incorrect amount from Digital River International Luxembourg. The authorized charged with the correct amount was from Digital River International SARL. Why was it charged twice from the same company but with a different location? What a rip off! Anyway, I rang my bank to dispute the unauthorized charges from Luxembourg and to get recredit, apparently will take approx. 14 days. Finger crossed!
