On Monday, 6 January 2014 I submitted a complaint to Woolworths via their website.

On Wednesday, 8 January 2014 I received an email from Tina De la Cruz acknowledging the email and that it would be sent to the relevant person for their immediate attention.

I since have not had any response to my email. A week?
