Is this a joke I tried to upload receipts to your website and wouldn't load like so many other disgruntled people! I then sent you my receipt with reference FDR86855 within the 14 days specified .number within the 14 day period to your PO box address on website. I have contacted you by phone and have not been replied too either. I shall be taking this matter further to consumer affairs as this seems to be in my eyes and many others a scam to get people to buy your products. and you don't give the customer what's advertised. I have also rang good guys because the fridge I purchased off you has dents in the doors and where no dents in the box! I am extremely annoyed as Kambo's got in contact and passed all my details to Samsung. You still haven't contacted me to fix the door and replace it! I shall be more than happy to let consumer affairs and Kambo's can confirm you have been contacted! I have always brought Samsung products for years and have always recommended you to friends! I shall never buy another Samsung Product again you're a joke. What company is so dysfunctional in customer service!
