I bought 2 compaq laptops on in March during a cashback promotion. The claim codes were NFYD 7672 PMFP and DHHS 5875 WBSB. I followed all the instructions and sent off all the paper work for the 2 claims. After months of waiting I received payment for the one and thought the system might just be a slow one. I have been overseas and came back to find that there is still no payment for the 2nd claim, I have today rung HP Promotions twice after coming back from overseas to no payment and am told that they wont pay for the other claim. I am very dissapointed and have learnt that my friends I referred to buy the same laptop during the same promotion have met with the same fate. It appears Compaq just wanted us to buy these laptops, one of them is already non-functioning, whilst the other has got a keypad that has keys falling out.
I am seeking payment which is outstanding for the 2nd claim.
