I purchased a product from PasswordSeller.com to recover/ reset the admin password on my daughter's old Windows Vista Home computer that she no longer uses. Within 2 hrs I realized this product was not going to work and I asked for a refund. They took my money easily within 5 minutes but a refund has taken 20 days.
