A representative from Call Box rang our office 24/01 and wanted to speak with the owner of our business. I spoke with the person who indicated that they could generate a lot of leads for our company. As they were not based in Australia, I respectfully asked a simple question relating to how they would generate leads from another country when they did not have a fix on the culture, business climate or the demographics in Australia; I asked how they would be resourced to be able to secure leads over and above an Australian based lead generation company. The representative was disrespectful in the extreme and simply hung up on me without a further word. Thanks Call Box. CallBox = epic marketing and PR FAIL.
