Wrong & Dirty DVD

I bought X-men cartoon 1990s Series, which consist of 4 DVD. Firstly the DVDs do not all worked well. When they arrived they all had Dirty finger prints on them, and also they sent me 2 of the same DVD which means instead of sending disc 1 2 3 4. They had sent me Disc 1 3 4 & 4 so a large portion of the series is missing. I emailed them to let them know of the problem. The bitches Anne and Jen kept emailing me back each time saying they apologised and send send a replacement. Each month I never got anything but the bitches kept saying 'We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we are having a bit of a back log on that particular series, we are sorry about the delay, but we can assure you that your order will be shipped out expeditiously as soon as we receive the new stocks we will process your replacement order."

And yet I still have not received anything, they promised in their email that the DVD will arrived in 5 days with tracking code etc. NEVER received anything.

I still kept the email communication with the Bitches.

I am obviously very angry
