Having searched for a King Size Single (KSS) tie down electric blanket OO.COM.AU'S site showed me one listed as LARGE SINGLE (in large print)
Their advertisement appeared as:

Believing this to be for a King Size Single bed I placed the order. When they notified me by email that the order had been received they showed the size as 70cm x 150cm (which is quite clearly meant for a Single Bed (SB) not a KSS bed or Large Single bed). A Single Bed mattress measures 92 cm x 203 cm while a King Size Single mattress measures 106 cm x 203 cm. I immediately emailed them querying this, stating that I had ordered what I believed to be a KSS electric blanket. OO.com.au just went ahead and sent me the SB electric blanket. Later when I spoke with them they refused to pay for the return postage. I opened a dispute on Pay Pal and then escalated it for Pay Pal to resolve. Within minutes Pay Pal resolved the matter in my favour and notified me to return the item with tracking (which I did within 24 hours). My request for OO.com.au to carry the cost for the return postage was flatly refused. It cost me $11.90 to return the item which was advertised in a misleading manner on OO.com.au's website.
BE WARNED IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
When I first queried the matter with them they could easily have not sent this item to me knowing it was not the correct size I had expected. They sent it regardless, probably thinking that I would just keep it anyway and they would keep my money.
This business OO.COM.AU had the opportunity to forego a sale and do the right thing by a customer. They choose to make the sale, and have a very unhappy customer.
Over the past few years I have spent quite considerable sums of money buying items via the Internet. This company has lost me as a customer and the potential hundreds of dollars that I would have spent buying from them in the future.
