Receive warnings that antivirus software to run out; have paid on-line: Order number: NP210222315 : Renewed Jan 8th
Invoice says that this is: Norton Automatic Renewal Service: however all the information on the Norton site is telling me that I am due to run out 2nd Feb: when I try to download from web browser - appears to download, but continually runs for 45 mins plus.
Am I covered or not and why do I continue to get warnings anti-virus software will run out if it is automatic renewal?
