Recently my computer crashed and I lost everything including my Nortons Antivirus 2008. My computer went into recovery in default factory settings with the original Norton that it came with. I was able to download the update but it is only on a 15 day trial. I purchased the Antivirus online on the 07 April via my Visa card paying AUD$49.99. I emailed Symantec and they suggested I request a refund, then repurchase it. Is this possible as I still have 365 days on my account even though it is not showing it.
