On 09.6.08 our antivirus software Trend Micro was due for renewal. My husband tried to renew it, but instead by mistake ordered on line ErrorDigger & PasswordInspector. He paid by credit card $89.75. I contacted the vendor by e-mail and explained that the software was purchased by mistake and has never been downloaded or activated, but I haven't received any reply.
On 25.06.08 another charge of $47.95 appeared on our credit card statement. E-mail came through saying the following:
"We would like to inform You that due to technical reasons Your order 7574351 for Antivirus 2008 was undercharged. We charged deficient amount of 44.74 USD and thus You will receive two charges from our company on Your bank account.
If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact our Customer Support Service.
Antivirus 2008 Customer Support Center."
The second charge has never been authorised by us. I cancelled our credit card and filed a dispute case with our bank.
First charge was done by billingsvc.com in US dollars, second charge was done by www.billingnet.com in EURO.
