Returned Item and have not refunded money

I ordered the wedding dress on May 1st and prior to paying through PAYPAL, I was reassured that the dress would be delivered to me within 30 days. It did not arrive until the 15th June, which is 45 days later. Therefore I was not able to initiate a PAYPAL dispute. Upon arrival, the dress was terrible and SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED for the following reasons: 1) It was not a Pronovias wedding dress, it is a terrible fake imitation 2) the fabric was cheap 3) It was not made to the measurements I provided, it was too large in the bust and about a foot too long 4) I needed it in a timely fashion due to it being for MY WEDDING. I contacted Tiffany Bridal and initiated a return process immediately. I posted the dress back for a full refund on the 15th of June and I have printed proof from Australia Post that Tiffany Bridals recieved the item on June 23rd. I am yet to recieve any refund and Tiffany Bridal are no longer returning my emails. I have EVERY email from the ordering of the dress to the emails reassuring me that my refund would be processed immediately upon receipt of the dress. Tiffany bridals claim to have an "unmatched return policy". Everytime I contact the company, they either ignore me or disconnect the chat line. THIS COMPANY ARE TERRIBLE AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I know that other complaints have been made about them to PAYPAL but PAYPAL also seem unwilling to help at all.
