I found this logistics company from their website when I needed assistance with some airfreight shipments and customs brokerage from China to Australia. It was a total nightmare!! My freight was delayed more than 3 weeks and multiple issues with customs made the entire process extremely costly and I ended up losing important clients because I couldn't make crucial delivery deadlines! The only thing worse than the incompetence of the woman in charge (Beatrice Massara) was her attitude! So rude and couldn't have cared less about the issues that she caused due to improperly completed customs declarations, then demanded more money after all the chaos she caused! BEWARE!!! This is not a company you ever want to deal with!!!
