Wow.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
After returning a newly advertised hot english mustard burger to KFC this is my story in a nutshell:
The burger looked horrendous. The manager informed the burgers are 'spruced up' in the display pictures and the adverts.. After working in retail for some time, I was well aware of this but managers arw not supposed to be admitting to false advertising are they? I complained that there was not sufficient coleslaw and requested sonething else instead an i was told there was nothing he could do as that is the way they were told to make the burgers.
I specifically stated i was not satisfied with the quality of the burger and requested something else but i was basically told to ****** off. I was not offered a freshly made replacement, something else of the same value, or a refund. The burger was so bad i didnt even take a bite.
Worst part is that after leaving several messages with head office to call me over a period spanning nearly 2 weeks, the only person that contacted me was the badly trained manager from the branch i dealt with in Clarkson WA. Havent heard a word from anyone at head office.
I will never order KFC again
