I had a Shellac French manicure done tonight at Fresh Nails Carlingford Court and was really disappointed with the job! The lady filed my nails unevenly, way too short and square after I specifically asked for them to be round. My right hand is longer than my left and the white tips have been done unevenly and don't cover the natural whites of my own nails. One of my nails has bubbles in the paint and when pointed out, the lady fobbed me off saying it was normal. She refused to fix it! Also she spoke in another language to her colleague the whole time I was there which I found extremely rude. She also positioned the UV light so that it was shining in my eyes the whole time. She didn't time my nails and she didn't turn the UV light off when it wasn't being used. I found this extremely uncomfortable and I was concerned about damage to my retinas. When I told her I was concerned about the light she just laughed. I would never go back there again and would advise anyone else against it. They do not provide a quality service and they do not seem to care about whether the customer is happy with their work.
