Welovepopart.com is a total and complete scam. The only positive review is written in poor English. The website offers no real possibility of return if you read the very confusing fine print. The owner is located in an area known for art scams. No clear photo files are submitted. I discussed this with top auction houses and all they said it's very likely a scam.
