I havn't received the E Reader that I booked and paid for on 7th Nov. Also another voucher I bought for the Lava Stone Grill Restaurant in Mt Lawley isn't working out. I have rang the restaurant several times and left messages but no one bothered to phone back after being told I had a voucher. Eventually I got through one evening and the person I spoke to put the phone down and wasn't interested in Cudo people. Another voucher I bought for The Kerriview Lodge in Margaret River wasn't good either. When we arrived there was no staff on and no restaurant or bar facilities. We tried to contact the hotel by phone at 4.30 pm to say that we would be arriving about 6.30 but no one answered. Our key to our room was pasted to the door of the reception and getting to the room we found that it was already occupied by another couple!!! Eventually we went into the empty kitchen and found a phone with numbers and rang the first one. We did get a lovely room eventually but as most of the guests were Cudo people I don't think anybody cared about the service. It was too late at that stage to go out for dinner so we were just left with an anti pasto plate between us. Not nice either!
