Our complaint is we missed our flight on the 30th Nov from Brisbane to Scotland only because our travel agent Flight Centre Springwood Qld did not fully inform us on our 2.35 departure was a.m as we thought was actually in th afternoon We spoke to someone in Emirates office at the airport who did try to help but unfortunately not enough as we were informed it was going to cost another $1, 700 more to fly the next day and not even coming back on the same dates which was the 3rd and not the 7th Jan I cannot believe you charge so much more when its only a days differance on departure. We resally wanted to fly home for Christmas as it would have been the first time in 40years I really think you could have made it a lot more easier for us to go as it is the time of goodwill and you have a good reputation of service Please help
