We purchased a pair of Redback boots in May. These shoes are imported and very expensive. The shoes are advertised with a 6 months guarantee. A month after purchase these shoes started tearing at the side. We immediately informed the importer. We still had the original packaging and slip. We were told that they weren't going to help us as 'n white slip at the back of boor has been removed. This slip looks like a price tag and therefore it was removed. Nowhere we were told that the guarantee will be wavered if this was removed. They fail to let you know what the terms and conditions are. We tried contacting redback, with emails bur no one ever come back to you. they just don't care. all the money down the drain, so please think twice before dealing with redback. R2000 down the drain with no product.
