Couldn't sort out my problem

I used this PetrolStation the other day but when I tried to use the fuel pump there was no fuel coming out of the pump but despite that it kept counting dollars I have to pay. I start refueling immediately and and told the manager to sort this out. He told me that there's nothing wrong with the fuel pump and I have to pay for full amount. What a horrible attitude to the customers.
