I have paid for all the items where I won from the auctions.
The first batch of items was won and paid over 23 days ago and they have not been delivered.
The tangible item won through using dealwheel is not delivered either.
Two additional batch of won items are also not delivered plus none of the tracking numbers provided is recorded by the mailing facility claimed to be used by Dealfun.
Numerous emails have been sent including both their usual support and vip email address. No reply whatsoever!
Tracking numbers provided cannot be tracked at all. http://en.4px.cc/Index.html doesn't provide details of where the items are and the latest tracking number (3rd batch) provided says "fail code"
The mailing provider claimed to be used by Dealfun http://en.4px.cc/Index.html states that delivery to Australia will only take 6-8 working days and I live in a metropolitan area and there's no festive season at this time of the year (no Thanksgiving in Australia), it's been over 23 days already.
So to summarize:
-paid for bid packs and won suctions
-no item received after 23 days
-tracking numbers given are not traceable
-no reply with support tickets (support email address and vip email address)
*vip emails are supposed to be answered in 15minutes as Dealfun claims*
