Dear Sirs
I followed the AD about internet security through my free AVG antivirus and I decide to buy it. I bought it on 16.1.2010 aweek ago the supposed cost showed to me in AD was $54.99 which is supposed to be Australian dollars but the invoice I received later says US dollars which is not agreed upon.
Also there is an extra charge of $US 10.95 for installation disc which neither i request not I need. We can download it over internet and install it as a trial version like many other softwares. I find myself decoy by your AD. I emailed [email protected] as you can see below same day and request refund but it seemed they don't deal with such thing, advised me to contact www.AVG.com. I did send another email to AVG.com but no reply yet. I request refund thank you.
