Overcharging every month

I bought one game from Oberon Media. I was charged the month after for 1 game I did not request. When I contacted Oberon Media I was informed the terms of the contract were that I purchased 1 game a month for twelve months. This I have done but find I am being charged for two games every month even though I only buy one. When I contact OberonMedia I am given a reference number to use against another gane but when I request the registration key my request is not always answered and I am not allowed to use the credit for the following months purchase. I am going to contact the Consummer Protection Board in my state.
