I shop at First Choice quite regulary and Myself and my husband are not the sort of people that like to complain but I was just absoluley disgusted with the way I was treated by one of your staff members. I was walking around the store for quite some time before anyone approached me, and when I was approached my a gentleman by the name of Rob (I think that was his name) I was completly ignored. He looked straight at me and walked straight past me, not even saying a simple hello. As I said before I frequently shop at the Browns Plains store and Coles in general and I have never in my entire life been treated with such disrespect by any Coles employee as I had that day. I am highly disappointed and I don't think I will be shopping there anytime soon. I would rather pay extra for fuel then to be treated like that ever again...
