I ordered a 'Grand Reading' from the above website which cost me $39.00 US and once I read it, I then realised that it was a scam. As I had been stupid enough to order it I didn't expect a refund but I wanted to make sure that they wouldn't take any more money from me. To my horror I found out that I only had three days in which to cancel the subscription that I had apparently signed up for, so I went to the website which they directed me to, via an email, to cancel my subscription. I clicked on the customer service page and the only way to contact them was by telephone; unfortunately, the phone number was a fake and after trying several times and being cut off every time I gave up on that.
Next I tried the email address on the emails that 'Gabriella the Psychic' sent me: [email protected] but that is also a fake. I then logged into PayPal and went into their Resolution Centre thinking that they would allow me to stop any more payments going through but they sent me an email telling me that I would have to telephone them and discuss the problem but my PayPal account is in the UK and I am temporarily living in Australia so I just cannot afford to ring them and probably keep being put on hold.
Please, please can you tell me how to stop any further money going to this fraudulent company?
