Westcorp Management went bust due to the corrupt (alleged until authorities catch up twith this man) practices of his Owners Corporation Management Business. Lie and cheating is all this man can do. He takes your money (through incorrect billing) and you have to fight to get it back. We lost some of our money as it was to hard to fight.
Do an internet search on either Sandor CSAPO or Westcorp Management and you will see what I am taking about.
Mr CSAPO has registered the Address Mildura Body Corporate. It appears he is going to set up shop elsewhere. Beware, he promises the world as he takes your money and delivers thwe absolute minumum of service. He knows he has all the power.
