Purchased Nuvoryn - Nathans Natural tablets on 13th December; Received email to advise success of transaction and that I would receive order in 24hrs. Have since emailed approx 8 times, phoned 7 times and to date have had no success in getting any information of where my order is or to have my money credited back to me;
The call centre appears to be offshore, and the consultants have very well rehearsed responses to any queries and refuse to put you through to a senior manager or supervisor, or even give you a contact number of the shipping department or their head office; they assure me that they will respond and to date nothing other than an order number and $130 less in our account;
Last email we sent them we advised unless we had a response in 24hrs we would take this matter up with the Police - this clearly did not scare them - as far as we are concerned it is run by a group off shore and they are very well rehearsed in what lies they tell the consumer - the joke is that when you give them an order number to track your order they immediately tell you that they cannot assist you and will get someone to phone;
their standard email response is as follows - please note the poorly written reply & english:

We have responded with all the information as requested and to date keep receiving the same response as above - we have had no option but to cancel our credit card in fear that they can re-use the pin.
Anybody who can assist and help expose this scam for what it is please contact us.
