This newsagent who is contracted by the publishing companies to deliver the newspaper to customer's houses has continually failed to meet his obligations. My house has an easy access clear driveway where papers can be thrown however he continues to throw my papers in the trees, in the pond and on many occasions especially weekends the paper does not even land inside my property. Needless to say on many occasions my paper has not arrived. The newspaper companies have sent out area managers to my house inspecting my property and raising it with the newsagent to NO AVAIL. The problem has now exacerbated to an angry encounter in the newsagency and the newsagent now REFUSES to deliver our paper. It is truly beyond belief in this day and age of dropping circulation figures that a major publisher can afford to let customers such as this go.
