Incorrect products

I have a complaint about a clothing wholesaler Blank Clothing. I have ordered some shirts for my staff from there website. When selecting the shirt style and color displayed was a dark blue shirt. When they arrived it wasn't the same shirt. Apparently the website was wrong but still they want to charge me 33.33% to exchange them!!!
This is not fair, What a rip off. This is maybe how they make all there money
