This is a 2nd complaint about HP on hellopeter. 1st attempt was a waste. The serial number on my laptop is 5CD323H2CN. Purchased in Australia. I was told I had an international warranty on the date of purchase. I'm south african. The laptop was a factory fault that never worked since the 1st day. I made numerous calls to hp. My last complaint on hellopeter had more details about the nature of these calls. My service reference number is 8068124806. I was emailed by hp's repair people saying that I should take my laptop back to the country of purchase at my expense. So to sum up, the laptop was faulty. I get told rudely with no apology to take my laptop half way across the world and my only regret is that I purchased from hp. A name I trusted. Trust has turned to hate.
