Even though we didn't choose it we have been put on an automatic renewal for the program RegPro Cure. I've cancelled the direct debit but would like a refund as we did want it renewed. I've tried emailing them at [email protected] and have been issued with ticket no. 2013080610001985 and have followed it up 3 times with no response.
