I paid $82.00 for a flower arrangement to be sent to my daughter living in the south of Western Australia (Denmark is the name of the small town). An arrangement arrived for her and colours were as ordered BUT the arrangement was paltry and certainly not worth $82.00. I have a photo to prove it.
I contacted the people it was ordered from (on line) and firstly was asked for the photo of the flowers which I then sent to them. Another email came from them asking me for my daughter's address, duly sent to them and then I received another email asking me for the order number which I sent. They already had the date of delivery. After this I have heard nothing and am very upset about this.
