Piece of advice for all brides out there -DO
NOT CHOOSE TAPPANAPPA AS YOUR WEDDING DECORATORS.
For my wedding last week they arrived at the venue to begin setting up only half an HR before guests were due to arrive. Not only was I the bride stressing minutes before walking down the aisle but when I finally got to c the decor it wasn't what I had paid for in FULL! They didn't even bring the things I had paid for and the things they did bring were not the colour I had ordered so totally stuffed up my wedding theme colours. Their response to my email was that they could not put 6 hanging tealights on the tree branches on each centrepiece as it was
Dangerous and could only put 3. Well hello? Isnt that something they should have known before they said they could do it and charge me for 6? Not only did they not bring 72 of the lights but they lessened the amount of orchids i ordered because they said it didnt look "elegant" - isnt that something that is up to me the client to decide? On top
Of all this they charged my credit card for 10
Tealight holders that were supposedly broken and feathers
That were on the floor due to their own staff dropping them! Err how about the 72 that was never delivered? Where's my refund for that?
I am just appalled that they could treat any of their clients this way and will definately be
Disputing the unauthorised charges on my credit card and taking this matter further! They are cheap but u get what u pay for and on ur wedding day u shouldn't be stressing about unreliable vendors! The venue I had the reception have also said they are banned from supplying for any events there as well. Fine job u did TappaNappa!
