DONT CHOOSE ACAI OPTIMUM to buy or trial whatever
Another unhappy customer of ACAI OPTIMUM here.
The ACAI OPTIMUM trial period didn't leave enough time for me to "evaluate".
It took ACAI OPTIMUM 11 days of their 14 days trial period to start the shipping process.By the time the item arrived it was 4 days outside the ACAI OPTIMUM trial period.
In their Terms and Conditions they try to get out of the liability to send ACAI OPTIMUM in time in order to blame the customer.
Lots of complaints about ACAI OPTIMUM here show that even cancellations WITHIN their trial period didn't stop ACAI OPTIMUM from charging fraudulently amounts from credit cards.
What a way to go.
I got a few phone calls through to them but as I read somewhere else here, these call centre employees seem to read of a manual. Same answers all the time, supervisor or not. The answers they add to complaints here come off a menu too by the looks of them.
I am quite curious, besides being furious, what they are going to answer to the email I send them today.
