On Monday 3rd December I went to a local pc store names Dcomp in Greenhills NSW.
Looking to buy a new pc for a xmas present I looked the sales on the board out the front of the store then went in. I was greeted by no hellos just one guy playing a game on a computer and another playing on his phone.
After a few minutes of standing there one came to me and asked how can help. Telling if I am looking for a new computer all he did was hand me a sales sheet saying these are the computers we have for sale, didnt ask what I was looking for didnt help at all. Just stood there then left back to pc. In the end I just left.
Dcomp appears to have very poor customer service from staff and the store also looks like a rats nest, I do not recommend this computer store.
