I paid $3.95 for a free trial of pure collagen on 02/11, then on the 18/11 i got billed for $105.80 and again on the 01/12 i also got billed $101.72 (both for 30ml bottle of the serum) on my credit card account which i did not receive until today 16/01 as i have had my mail held due to being away on holidays. In my held mail i received the 2 bottles of serum as per billed, . I did not authorise these to be sent to me and i certainly did not authorise the company to bill my credit card. I have called the company on PH: 0289994104 on which the recording says " thanks for calling pure collagen, an agent will be with you shortly." After an obscene amount of time eg: hrs still no-one answered. I am wanting to know how to go about contacting the company to stop these unauthorised deliveries and a refund once i return the goods.
