Extremely rude unhelpful travel agency engaged in willful deceit of it's customers with misleading advertising wherever possible. I booked my hotel in Koh tao through what I thought was an Australian website (www.thailandhotelsdeals.com.au) and all the prices were advertised in AUD. When I check out I get charged in THB at a completely different exchange rate and the bank charges me overseas transaction fees. Couple of weeks later when I try to settle the balance, their online payment website doesn't work. Many emails notifying them of the problem. I was going to use another credit card without transaction fees. Without warning they charge my old credit card which I never authorized - and had no idea they kept a record of - and I get charged with more transaction fees. No apology. No option of reversing the payment and charging my other credit card. Once hey got their money they just stopped replying to my emails altogether. NEVER AGAIN.
