I am totally disgusted with Tiger Airlines. Went to Col airport for my flight to Melb.and was told my flight was cancelled, no intention of letting me know before hand. Not good enough. I wanted to visit my parents for two days there was no intenton of getting me a earlier flight.
Coming back to the Gold Coast from Melb. I was made to pay $25 extra to get home. What a joke. I want that money back. This is not acceptable.
The inconvenience is disgusting late flights, cancelled flight, paid for something that was not applicable.
I will never fligh with Tiger again and I will let everyone I know how bad your airline is.
