Purchase 2 wireless IP cameras that are obvioulsy fromm China however the very poorly translated english instructions are very difficult to follow & after several attempts at installation was frustrated that they just don't work. I asked Cudo for a refund & referred them to their customer satisfaction guarantee. They re-directed me to "the merchant" but I declined & asked for a refund. 2 subsequent requests have gone unanswered so they have "gone into hiding". I have lodged my complaint with the NSW Department of Fair Trading. In summary, if everything goes well from purchases from these sites then good, however as soon as you have a problem, expect to have to go to the Department of Fair Trading. Buyers beware!!
