No Delivery

Ordered a dozen red roses for my Fiancee on Valentines day (money taken by them on the 13th Feb), as of yet they have not arrived... cannot get through by phone and only get automated responses to my emails... BE AWARE!!! I have gone through the ACCC and they have given advice and will follow up with the OFT if no resolution (which I doubt they will)... How many others have they conned and how much money have they received... DISGRACEFUL, glad I had my receipt so I could show my Fiancee that I didn't forget!
