My husband ordered flowers from Ready Flowers to be delivered on February 14 to my office before 5pm. He's intention was to SURPRISE me.
Well.. the flowers didn't arrive. I checked their website and nothing has been recorded to their onlinbe system. I rang the 1800 number but just an automated response " customer service will be back on line as soon as possible" and the line cuts out. Today at 9am, i checked their tracking and it says "In Transit or Delivered". Lunch time the flowers didn't arrive. 3:30 pm I had a call from some Florist asking if i work close to the City. I told him i'm only 3km away from the City. He then asked for my home address which i refused to give as the Ready Flowers were given the instruction to deliver the flowers to my office. I thought to myself.. this was supposed to be a surprise but here's the Florist telling me that there are flowers to be delivered to me. I was so furious, and the guy told me that he was only commissioned by READY FLOWERS. He knew i was fuming and so he gave me another number to ring. Thesame automated response but this time i chose option 3. I spoke to a lady I told her the problem and I asked to be credited. She said that they will get back to my husband in 48 hours. With the amount of complaints here i think we will be waiting til' the end of the world. READY FLOWERS are MISLEADING people, providing FALSE ADVERTISING and DON'T DELIVER a professional service. I just hope that Fair Trading or ACCC will do something about READY FLOWERS website. I don't understand how people like these get away with their crimes. This is Australia!!!
