I purchased an offer from Cudo over 2 months ago - 12 months of unlimited IPL for $299 with Insight Body.
I have tried calling the Insight booking line many, many times and have left at least 10 messages but have not heard back from them.
I then proceeded to contact Cudo and they replied with a mobile number to contact. Again I have left numerous messages on this number but have not received a response.
Recently when I complained to Cudo again and asked for a refund, they replied by crediting the money to my Cudo account. This is useless to me as I will NEVER purchase another voucher from them.
I feel like I've just thrown $299 down the drain!
