ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I ordered a whitening kit off their site almost 1 month ago and paid almost $80 with delivery. I am also in WA so expected it to arrive the next day or following day at the very latest.
One month later I am still waiting for my product. I have tried ringing the phone number but no one ever picks up and when I send an email through the website all I get are returned emails saying the email address is invalid!
I have rung my bank because I paid via credit card and have put in a reversal request for the payment but was told this can take anywhere up to 45 days!
What has got me extra annoyed is because I bought this to use for an upcoming wedding and could have really done without the stress.
My advice is do not order anything from them. I would love to hear if anyone else has been scammed by this company also.
